  I highly recommend Abbott's Party Rentals! As I received my tables and chairs delivery for a party the next day, I realized that it really was going to rain and I needed tents. After a quick phone call to the office, they agreed to come back and deliver tents later that afternoon. The delivery guys were great guys, very helpful and they set the tents up and took them down at pick up! Abbott's Rentals saved my son and his friend's college graduation party! It was a huge success and I have Abbott's Rentals to thank for that!

  My experience with these people was absolutely horrible . The staff were very rude and had horrible attitudes . I was asking about how the rental works and how the pick up and drop off functions and they told me they just won’t give me service for not understanding due to their own employees having conflict with each other and giving me the wrong information. I will not recommend them to anyone . I certainly would give them 0 stars if I could .

  Ive been working in this industry for almost 20 years and to find an affordable service that offers such fine quality is a blessing to have. I'm always referring my clients and associates to use this company,they know the desires and meet the needs of the clientele in the local community and neighboring counties and cities. We have waited for so long for this type of establishment to be in our area...we are so happy they are here!

  I was told that my rentals were going to be dropped off between 9am-3pm. I had someone who was going to be home until 3 to open the door but Abbott's party rental did not let me know that they were going to be 2 hours late. The driver started getting an attitude with me because I wanted to know when he would be able to drop them off to see if I can find someone else to be at the house. Then the table that was for my husband and I was wobbly and we had cups and table decorations fall because of the unsturdiness. When the company came back to pick up the rental, the driver was given me so much attitude and did not want to wait 15 minutes for us to bring the tables back to the pick-up location. The driver also did not want to give me his name. Overall, I will not be renting from you guys again. I never give bad reviews but this was a bad experience that I had. Thank you for your business and hope this helps to treat your future customers better. Update: Shamica, the owner, calls me to hear my side of the story as to know what happened. She took care of the situation and I respect her for that. If you have trouble like I did with the company, you can go straight to her for her to handle it. I really appreciated that type of customer service. Thank you Abbott Party Rentals.
