  Nasty, can't get orders correct. Take to long especially when not crowded. There are cooks with no hairnet or gloves handling food . My husband and I watched a guy go to the restroom ...go back to cooking. WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. When I complained to the manager she spoke to the two cooks. They looked at her and never washed their hands or put gloves on. This McDonalds is located at Wayne and Palmer Rd in Westland. Never will we go there again. No more McDonalds ever. My son and his family already stopped buying there..and will never eat there anymore.

  Fast service but as an Indian I felt difficult to communicate. They don't understand what we say at all. But in the end I got the correct order. That's great.

  The customer service could be better. I went at about 9:30 p.m.. The cashier seemed annoyed to have any customers come in. They also have the doors locked to the dining room before they actually close on the inside for the night. So they are running back and forth from behind the counter letting customers in and out of the restaurant. I had received my order. Then thought about something else I wanted to order. Before I could walk up to the counter good, the girl was like "What! Did they forget some of your order! She was so rude, I'm like no and never mind. I will not be returning to this location.

  McDonald's Mid- town in the D" great Service Good hot and waiting for ALL plentiful parking available GOOD people. Check them out at your convenience of course.

  Terrible service!!! Rude, very very rude staff, young people who don't want to work and made me feel bad for asking them to. I won't bother you all ever again. The Uber eats delivery has been messed up 5 times, last time was it, as said young lady made me feel bad for being a partner, wanting to deliver for MacDonald's. Won't happen again. Mac Donald restaurant WOODWARD!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Bad food, for it.
