  Just waited in line in the outside drive thru as 4 cars ordered before me in the other lane. Then after ordering got dead silence until I pulled forward. Why have a second drive through it you don't answer it.

  Every time you go to this place you get nothing but gross incompetence. They manage to be slow when there is no line of cars. Somehow no matter how little of a line is you have to dedicate at least 15 minutes to get your food at a minimum.

  They are in such a hurry to get you through the drive thru, they don't put lids on cups correctly, forget straws and dipping sauce... Ugh!

  This McDonald's is always busy. That shows they have good food and get orders right. Staff is extremely nice. But, you cannot always get in and out quickly, inside or drive-thru. Outside speaker does not work well and the 2 drive-thru system is not managed well. Today, 4 cars on the inside lane placed an order before I got to on the outside lane.

  So you want to deny a mans food and money because he looks dirty ? He just wanted chocolate milk. and guess what the service sucks people are very rude. Wish I can give 0 stars also will be emailing corporate.
