  Mobile ordering with curbside pickup ended up taking much longer compared to the drive thru or inside the store. The chicken tenders were anything but. Seems like they were refried.

  I get in line to order 2 sausage biscuits and 2 coffee's this morning. I pay and get my food but notice that I'm missing a biscuit. I get back in line to get my biscuit and leave. When i arrive to work, I have 1 sausage biscuit and a plain biscuit in the other bag. This location is notorious for getting your order wrong and they take such a long time to assist you.

  The manager Ibrahim has a bad attitude! I can't believe he is even a manager. The owner should do themselves a favor and hire someone else to take his position. The other manager that worked today was fantastic and very courteous but Ibrahim is sent from hell.

  I normally do not write reviewsomething unless something is completely wrong. I use an ordering app that requires them to confirm the order. I ordered some dinner tonight at 0350 and they confirmed the order at 0350, I received a call at 0406 stating that they are no longer serving dinner since it is after 0400... they waited almost 20 minutes to call me to let me know the information. This is not my only issue with this particular store. I go atleast 2 times a week and they literally NEVER get the order correct... if I order 2 of the same item I only get 1... I know I am not the only one having this issue but something needs to be done.
