Love the donuts anytime i go. Although customer service is a bit iffy at times. I like the old fashions.

Donuts are usually ALWAYS fresh! However, the customer service is garbage. Every time I have been there it seems to me as if the cashier is miserable and dreads being there. I just ordered a dozen donuts. As I walked in I was greeted by a woman named Candy who was watching videos on her cell phone. It seemed to be that I was an inconvenience to her "phone time". Before Candy slid my debit card she continued to watch videos on her phone. After paying I wasn't told "thank you" or to "have a nice day". There was a gentleman behind me in line, so as soon as I finished paying she knew she had another guest to care for. Yet, instead, she jumped back on her phone and continued to watch videos, didn't made eye contact with him and said "can I help you?" No acknowledgement or effort is put into her job with the guests. After getting home I realized my donuts were wrong. I called the business and Candy answered. I confronted her about it and mentioned that it may have been due to her being on her PHONE. According to Candy you all let your employees be on their phones while helping customers? Most well trained employees put their phones down and put their customers first. My complaint isn't about the donuts it's about the customer service and the lack of respect they show their customers. Phones should not be allowed while helping a guest. It's rude and very inconsiderate. Candy shouldn't be up front with the guests until she is properly trained for customer service. It's not a hard thing to do. Treat others the way you want to be treated. That's it!

Don't know why the negative reviews. Chick behind the counter is nice and friendly. If she's blah one day you should really consider her shift...donuts we're good. Recommend the apple burrito.

Donuts were ok, tasted like they were packaged donuts and I have had better. Location is easy to pass if your not looking hard enough. Lady seemed miserable and it showed. Treated my husband and I like we were bothering her and a nuisance. The next customer after us was treated so kindly. Won't patronize this location again.
