  We use this place all the time, weekly. In the last three months they have delivered our laundry to the wrong building/apartment twice, and failed to deliver as promised twice. I've had to spend a bunch of time hunting stuff down. A suit was missing for a week before they realized where they had sent it, they just kept saying it was delivered. Avoid if possible.
