  Highly recommend!! No unnecessary peddling of higher cost services. Excellent Cleaner are easily the best dry cleaners I have found in New York. They have great service, are very easy to work with and accommodate pickup and delivery within minutes. Their cleaning is top notch and they haven't lost a single item yet. Besides dry cleaning, they help with other tailoring needs as well.

  I love to go to this cleaners.their service is so nice,and the machines are good.My dirty sport shose were washed by Excellent and became like new ones！

  I highly recommend wash, tailoring and dry cleaning. I've been using them for over 20 years and the service and quality is awesome. Most of all love the convenience of pick up and drop off. Say hello to the Asian owner. This place is the BEST!!!

  Love Excellent Dry Cleaners! The owner and his staff are friendly, very nice, hardworking professionals. I've been a customer for over 7 years and have never had an issue. Everything is done in a timely manner. I've used both dry cleaning and washing service. Both have been great! In regards to some of the negative comments below, they seem to be one off incidents. If you have an expensive garment that you have concerns about, make sure to address it with the staff so you can then decide if you want them to do it. Having family in the dry cleaning business I realize that things happen to garments. I've never met anyone who hasn't had something happen at the dry cleaner. Unless it is lost, I feel that it is really the responsibility of the customer to point out concerns. ***Also, please note that dry cleaners will always follow the dry cleaning instructions on the tag, but sometimes it is actually the garment itself that is the issue. People don't realize that there are a lot of garments that are not tested properly for care. They just go by suggested care labels because testing is actually expensive. This happens a lot in contemporary and luxury brands*** The owner is very experienced and will always recommend the best way! This is the best dry cleaning service! :)
