  SF has a mayor who's either incompetent or afraid... or potentially both. His inability to handle the blocking of roadways by Rideshare drivers who simply stop in the middle of the road waiting for passenger is unacceptable. The city can't control the companies and have been virtually slapped in the face each time they do. Whenever they tell these companies to comply the response is declined. At what point does the city simply shut down a business? I've definitely learned that I've unnecessarily paid fees that I could have just not paid... I can see that nothing would have been done... no fallout would have occurred. In the future ill no longer willing follow the rules the SF attemps to apply. I've just been throwing cash away attempting to remain in compliance. I could use this money for expansion.
