::Clean and organized. Very protective of the animals and so they have a strict adoption policy which is great for the animals and they rescue from the highest kill shelters from around the world which makes them even more remarkable.

::They treat their animals well. While they do use cages, you can tell the animals are generally happy. The adoption process takes a long time because they deeply care where their animals are going. Be ready for the process to take a week, and it's a good thing although you may want your new family member immediately.
