The service to the client is horribly starting for the man who is in the information he don't know nothing and the lady of the window number 3 she did not even take a second to look at my documents. And only said that she needed the correct documents without explaining or indicating the correct ones, And finally I asked this lady what were the right ones and she answered very annoying she said I don't know and that it was already late for my lunch time😑 those are the people who collect a salary of our taxes.

Wonderful experience! My call was answered very quickly - under a minute - and then I was transferred to the correct department and they answered my question quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.

As part of the Mayor's continuing effort to "hoodwink" the public into thinking everything is OK and peachy-keen, the DOF telephone number now puts you into 3-1-1 where the sleeping call-takers NEVER answer the phone AND if they do, absolutely CANNOT help you! Between this clown @ City Hall and the other nitwit up in Albany, it is NO WONDER decent, tax-paying residents are leaving IN BULK from this city and NEVER looking back. At some point in the not-too-distant-future, only those on the DOLE will be here, with a sprinkling of wealthy persons with too much disposable income that NEED to be here because of their jobs. Good luck to those who stay and persist to muddle through the imposition of fines, traffic cameras, congestion, indifference, etc. etc. and ZERO city services!
