  My recent experience purchasing a mattress at the Friendship Heights Mattress Warehouse store was exceptionally positive. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it an 11 without hesitation. The sales person (Yamma Nim) was extraordinarily helpful, gracious, informative, and patient with my never ending questions. He neither hurried me nor tried to push a sale on me. Rather, he was solely interested in ensuring that I'd be satisfied with my ultimate decision and that the decision would fit my individual needs and preferences. He was a gem. The Manager of the store (Brenda) was also outstanding -- with a wonderful demeanor, and also very informative. The entire atmosphere that the two of them exuded was extremely positive and 100% focused on satisfying the customer, not just making a sale. A great place. Great staff. Friendly and stress-free atmosphere. And, also very good deals. I can't recommend the Friendship Heights Mattress Warehouse enough -- at least as long as it is staffed with those two individuals. I thank both Yamma and Brenda for reminding me that some retailers remain actually interested in providing good service and in making their customers happy. That's not an experience one often gets these days -- anywhere, but especially not when dealing with large chains.

  I am very happy about my decision to visit Mattress Warehouse, Friendship Heights. I purchased a tempurpedic mattress thanks to the advice that Brenda Haynes provided me on the options available. She was warm, kind, and extremely helpful in my decision-making process. I wanted quality and durability. I didn't make a purchase. It was an investment. Thank you, Brenda. White glove delivery. First class service. I will recommend you, and your store to all my friends.

  Wonderful customer service and helpful advice! Brenda provided helpful information and helped me pick out a great mattress. She made the experience stress-free and worked with my price range. I realized I needed a bunkie board a couple weeks later, and she helped me out with that as well...highly recommend these folks!

  Brenda was the perfect combination of someone friendly and professional. She offered suggestions, but gave us our space and time to decide. We also really appreciated her positive outlook and honesty. She made the process from beginning to end feel good, which is saying something about shopping and buying a mattress!

  Xavier and Brenda are top-notch professionals of integrity and service whom genuinely care about the customer - if you are looking to purchase a new bed or mattress, for real, look no further. My wife and I had already been to other stores and encountered pushy salespeople whom kept changing their story. We came to Mattress Warehouse at Friendship heights, and Xavier immediately made us feel relaxed as he asked us what we were looking for, and genuinely made it a priority to get us the best fit for us. He answered all our questions, and encourage us to take our time and try different products to make sure we got what we were looking for. I was very impressed by Xavier’s knowledge of all the materials and products. We bought a mattress in complete confidence, and Brenda followed-up with us to make sure we were happy with our product. Thanks to both of them for a genuinely positive buying experience!
