  Looking for a new bed, and we came to Mattress Firm. Lorraine was very pleasant and professional, and was very willing to assist us in any way possible. We found a mattress that we love, and their Memorial Day sale of a free adjustable platform is quite beneficial for us. Thank you, Lorraine and Mattress Firm.

  Wow, what a great bedding selection experience and purchase at Mattress Firm store in Poughkeepsie today. Beautiful store and knowledgeable Assistant Store Manager, Lorraine, was the best. She was extremely patient with us as we made our selection on a new King Mattress. It was so refreshing to go to a mattress store and feel comfortable knowing that our salesperson "knew her stuff" and aided us in making an important and what will be comfortable decision. Mattress Firm has tremendous Memorial Day sales going on. Thank You Lorraine for all your expertise and help.

  Lorraine greated us with a pleasant smile when we entered. She explained all of the options that would help fit our needs. She was patient, extremely knowledgeable and never rushed us when we couldn't make up our minds. I would highly recommend visiting Mattress Firm in Poughkeepsie when you need a new bed. A wonderful experience!

  I went into purchase a mattress at Mattress firm on a Tuesday and was greeted by sales woman Sharon. To make a long long story short. Dealing with Sharon wasn’t pleasant. My mattress the day before delivery was some how out of stock and wasn’t going to be delivered. Several times she said she would call me back on Tuesday night and Wednesday night......No call back ever. Needless to say on Friday manager Keith stepped into the rescue. I appreciate the time and effort he put into making it happen. Keith went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He called to make sure the mattress was delivered and that I still had options if I didn’t like the mattress. I want to say Keith Thank you again for everything. The sales woman Sharon could use some pointers.

  I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm in Poughkeepsie. Lorraine was excellent as she helped me decide on the best mattress for my new bed. The service provided was prompt, professional, and most appreciated. I will definitely be back for mattress and bedding needs. Highly recommend this store.
