::Wow, what a great bedding selection experience and purchase at Mattress Firm store in Poughkeepsie today. Beautiful store and knowledgeable Assistant Store Manager, Lorraine, was the best. She was extremely patient with us as we made our selection on a new King Mattress. It was so refreshing to go to a mattress store and feel comfortable knowing that our salesperson "knew her stuff" and aided us in making an important and what will be comfortable decision. ::I went into purchase a mattress at Mattress firm on a Tuesday and was greeted by sales woman Sharon. To make a long long story short. Dealing with Sharon wasn’t pleasant. My mattress the day before delivery was some how out of stock and wasn’t going to be delivered. Several times she said she would call me back on Tuesday night and Wednesday night......No call back ever. Needless to say on Friday manager Keith stepped into the rescue. I appreciate the time and effort he put into making it happen. Keith went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He called to make sure the mattress was delivered and that I still had options if I didn’t like the mattress. I want to say Keith Thank you again for everything. The sales woman Sharon could use some pointers.
