  I had such a great experience at this mattress firm! Jay was very helpful with giving us information on different beds and options for what would work for me. Definitely five stars, highly recommended.

  Jay Lucas and Ronnie Williams are stellar!!! Both gentlemen are extremely patient, helpful and made my shopping experience a dream. They answered all of my questions and even went out of their way to give me a delivery time that worked well for me. Definitely had the best mattress and pillow selection for me.

  Jay Lucas, the Area Manager, was extremely helpful during our mattress purchase decision. We were in the market for a mattress that was just firm enough to ensure a comfortable sleeping experience, while balancing some back issues I had. He ensured that he understood our needs and then suggested alternatives in different price ranges. At no time did I feel that he was pushing me towards a higher-priced product. After I purchased the mattress and my wife and I slept on it for a month or so, we decided that this mattress was too soft for us and we called him back. There were no issues returning it whatsoever and he once again suggested a few mattresses for us. Fortunately the one we chose turned out to be "just right". The return and replace was a seamless experience. I wish all my purchases were so pleasant! If you are in the market for a mattress, go see Jay!!!!

  To be clear, this is the Edgewater location by the acme. I had a fantastic experience. I went in with my girlfriend to just look at mattresses. Just to get a feel for what I wanted. Ended up leaving with a great mattress for an even better price. Mike Cousins was super friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the whole sales process. Delivery and old mattress removal was on time fast and CLEAN. Then, Mike followed up two weeks later to make sure everything was went smoothly and I was still in love with my mattress. If you’re looking for a mattress go here. It’s usually pretty empty too if I’m being honest. So you’ll be able to get in and get out with all of your questions answered.

  My shopping experience at this Mattress Firm store was great. 😊👍 Jay Lucas, the store manager took great care of me. He answered all my questions and was very patient. I got the Mattress I wanted for a really good price. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great mattress to shop here. You will not be sorry you did. I love my mattress. 😊👍
