  I would give them zero Star if I could! It took them 5 weeks to start doing our flooring, on second day of them inside our unit we received a call from our condo manager that they caused a leak in our building when they were removing base boards they damaged sprinklers! We called our attorney to figure out what to do and who is liable for paying sprinkler company and also our neighbors whose unit was damaged by water leak, the attorney advised to hold the rest of the payment to Amazing flooring till he is done finishing reviewing our condos rules on these issues, after two days Lynn called me and started yelling at me, bullying me and harassing me. Very unprofessional, the bullnoses came out after two days, it was a horrible experience. I honestly don't know how they survived, they are truly awful!

  they are not professional at all. i called the office to make an appointment for the technician to go to the job side. the lady gave me an appointment for the following day between 8.30 to 9:00 a.m. my boss was at the job side, waited 1.5 hour and no one showed up. then i called the office and same lady who gave me an appointment picked up the phone. i asked her, why no one showed up? why they can at least call and say they cant make it ? she said she had no idea because she doesn't have communication with the technician. i said but that is not my problem, you do not need to communicate with them in this case, they should have known THEY MUST GIVE A CALL TO THE PERSON IF THEY CAN NOT MAKE IT ON THE PROMISED DATE AND TIME. if they do not know it then why you are paying them for? or if you can't educate your people then why you have a company? long story short lady replied me like " that's not my problem either." then she hanged up the phone. Look at that answer what a stupid useless person can give.

  After a burst sprinkler ruined the engineered wood floors in our condo, we looked at several companies to fix them. We stopped at Amazing Flooring because they were close by. After speaking with Lynne, their business manager, we decided they were the best option. She was knowledgable and didn't try to up sell us to something we didn't need. Because of insurance issues, we couldn't get the job started for several months, but Lynne stayed with us the whole way, checking in and offering advice on how to get things moving forward. (She's an expert at the insurance process.) When we finally could start the job, Lynne made a crew available. They were prompt, hardworking, and professional. Because of the water damage removing the old floors was very difficult, but the crew still finished the job on time and budget. The owner stopped by every day to check on the job. Our floors look, well, amazing. (We replaced 3-inch natural maple with a more modern, wider and darker 5-inch Flint Maple from Mohawk.) I highly recommend Amazing Flooring if you're in the NYC or Northern New Jersey area. They've been around for over 25 years, I believe. That accounts for a lot.
