  I went into the Mattress Firm today looking to get a mattress set. They had excellent customer service and went out of their way for me to make sure I got what I came for! If your are looking for excellent customer and wonder individuals, you should go by Mattress Firm! Make sure you ask for Robert aka "BUCK"!! He is very motivated! He has one of the best personalities I've seen in a long time. He will get you what you came for! They will be getting more business from me very soon!

  These folks were GREAT and when the time comes, I will be a repeat customer. They were friendly and most helpful.......quality for the price can't be beat as I shopped around extensively prior to landing back on their doorstep. The delivery guys were also courteous and professional as they completed set up and also cleaned up behind themselves. The red carpet at the entry was a nice touch as well as to not track the outside in. :-)

  My wife and I went in today, and our new mattress is being delivered tomorrow! Impeccable service and attention to detail. They even had an area for kids to play, my son loved it. Alex and Rich were two very cool dudes and very professional. All in all I would recommend this specific location over others in the area. A+

  The staff was friendly and amazing. The staff member named Buck was fantastic. I recommend anyone to come see him as he worked with me and my pregnant wife on a good deal. Stop by and see him he will most definitely take care of you and will beat the others prices.

  This place is AMAZING!! And I got the best customer service. Jimmie Byrd gave me the best information in the beds throughout the store. And I got the best bed EVER!!! I cannot wait until I get my bed. It’s going to be the best sleep I have had in forever! Thank you, Mattress Firm Outlet Center!! And thank you, Jimmie!!
