  The customer service that I experienced from Dustin was absolutely amazing! Not only did he make trying out mattresses fun!!! He was very knowledgeable and cared about how we felt in all the different mattresses that we tried out. I never knew that trying out mattresses would be so much fun. It was an amazing time and definitely worth every penny. This is definitely by far one of the best experiences that I've had when it comes to making a purchase on a matress.

  Wow!!! Amazing customer service. I am not the survey review type but I had to take time to acknowledged David at the I-20 Arlington location. He displayed really good customer service not only with me and my wife but also with others in the store. Let's raise the customer service bar by recognizing those who provide it.

  I came to mattress firm because I 'm having back/neck pain. I met Dustin Sims my sales rep who is Just a nice man . He greeted me with a warm welcome, which made it easy to give mattress firm my business. Dustin went the extra mile for me helping me get my DREAM bed. I am so grateful to him. Praise the Lord thank you Jesus.

  Dustin was such a pleasure to work with! He gave us a great deal on mattresses for our kiddos. I highly recommend seeing him about your next mattress purchase. He worked hard to find the best deal on the mattresses we were looking for. I will definitely go see him again when it comes time for our new king mattress!!!

  Took advantage of the advertised sale. Great value for sure! Shopping experience with David was knowledgeable and helpful while we processed a lot of information. He introduced us to the lift feature which helps with back pressure. This perk is part of the sale and brought us added value to our investment. This location is under new management and are definitely customer driven. They have a trail period to be satisfied and low price guaranteed! Looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress.
