  Goodyear Master Mechanics is the only place I trust with my wife’s suv and my truck. It’s never fun to spend money to fix something as important and as expensive as a vehicle, but Master Mechanics helped me feel comfortable and confident that my money was being well spent. They went above and beyond every step of the way to give me un-obligatory help. John is really good at working with you to get you where you need to be and all the mechanics there are honest with you as to what is needed and what is a luxury.

  Regarding the response to Nick Foreman's review: 1) My phone is not "always busy." If you did not reach my voice mail, you were not calling the right number. 2) I did not receive a voice mail nor a text from you on October 17, nor on any other day after the first few days following the wreck. 3) It is not good business to put down a customer who has given you a bad review out of anger. You certainly have a right to disagree and refute that review, but you won't win any friends by being spiteful to them. (I highly recommend Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People.")
