::My usual experience is great when I have come to get a massage, and I have family who have also been satisfied. I gave a birthday gift for a massage to a family member today who completed the computer profile prior to the session and was specific about the target areas. The technician Elsa (Asian middle age woman) proceeded to massage in my family members hair, attempted to touch her buttocks, then rushed through the remainder of the session. During this period the technician was continually redirected and reminded that the massage profile was completed and she was not following what was requested by the customer. My family member was so disgusted she left without explaining the situation to the manager Sasha. I had a conversation with the manager who offered another session to my family member my concern is to have this woman retrained or let her find another job. I was disgusted to learn that this woman could be so unprofessional to not focus on the person and the reason why they selected to come in for a massage. I will definitely be informing anyone and everyone who frequents this location to be aware of this woman and choose someone else!

::I was visiting the area a couple weeks ago for my wedding and made a 5pm massage appointment for an hour massage. Receptionist said to arrive 10 minutes prior, got there 15 minutes ahead of time fill paperwork. Didn’t get pulled back until close to 5:15. It was an ok massage but didn’t focus on my neck or upper back like I wanted. Finished the massage at was 5:53. I felt like I was rushed outta there. Pretty disappointed and not worth it.

::Understandably the reason this spa has a 2 star rating. Kyle is very rude and has no sense of Customer Service. I expected more from this area. Will not be booking again.

::I began going o this location in 2008- Miagraines and injuries from a fall kept me going to Kassauhun Benti. Trained in neuromuscular massage.He is the best. Thou I am no longer a member and the entire management and staff after more than 8 years cannot understand customer focus or service.my instinct tells ME will be losing more market share in light of the way they treat employees and customers.

::I wish I could give them big fat zero! My appointment was at 1 pm for full body massage, I arrived for 10 min earlier but , massage session started 1:10 pm. Plus I asked for whole body massage. I even didn't my head massaged . It was waste of money and time!
