  I first learned about cyro from an ESPN clip covering all the NBA stars doing it. Later, Tony Robbins talked about it on his podcast. I had to check it out. I have been to Alpha Cryo three times. I have done cyro three times and compression therapy once. Cyro is definitely worth trying. Regarding compression therapy, I recommend only doing legs for a full 60 mins on the highest setting. Setting up an appointment using the Mind Body app is very easy. Plenty of free parking. Facility is clean and well kept. Sessions are quick - you are in and out in 10 minutes. Best pricing in the area.

  Ah ..... how sweet it is, to be without pain. It’s now fully kicked in where I’m in a blissful state, totally pain free in my shin, knee and various joints. I went to Alpha Cryo this afternoon; I hadn’t been there in many months. Since last June I’ve had nine sessions and since I’m able to walk these days I wasn’t rushing back to Alpha Cryo like I was last year (before my very first session in June 2017 I couldn’t walk and was bedridden most of the time). So this afternoon I limped in, met MacKenzie — she’s great, got frozen, and did a couple errands before coming home. And now it’s all come back to me how transforming and miraculous cryo is to my aching body. Thank God for Alpha Cryo. It’s the Gold Standard for cryotherapy.

  Great experience here! Everyone is really nice and the process is fully explained to you before you do it. Super quick too - in and out in 10 minutes! It's helped to improve some inflammation from autoimmune conditions and if I'm ever having pain, it's like a magic pill (minus the pill).

  I bought a groupon for my girlfriend and I to try it out since I had heard such great things about the therapy. I had a great first experience and highly recommend Alpha Cryo to anyone. The staff is very nice and informative. The facility is state of the art and has a welcoming vibe. I was a little nervous at first to go below negative zero. I should not have been because the staff walks you through all the steps and the experience was great. I felt wonderful after the therapy and I will absolutely be coming back.
