::The worst dry cleaning service ever, and the worst customer service. They burned my shirt, when i complained, the owner stated that it was like that!!! 0 STAR..i did not know how to report them to the consumer affair department.

::I love this dry cleaners so much! One of the best in the Queens area! Although they are under new ownership or so it seems, who don't really seem to know the business very well, the manager "Jackie" is amazing! She has been here for quite sometime and is the only familiar face! She is always so delightful and helpful. She is quick and gets the job done. She is also very experienced in what she does and will get you in and out as fast as she can! The tailor is also pretty amazing as well, my pants usually have to be tailored immediately after purchase and he makes them look as if I bought them that way. He's got an eye for detail! Check them out you won't be disappointed!

::If I could post less than 1 star I would. Clothes not ready on time and told to come back the next day at 7am. Not ready at 10am the next day and clothes they found were not cleaned properly and missing items!! The worst dry cleaning experience. Owner was dismissive and nasty and barely spoke English.

::Excellent service. They dry cleaned and pressed a suit for me and additionally tailored and pressed another suit and shirt. The service was done quickly with a four day turn around (To include a weekend). After picking up the items I tried on the suit. The tailoring was done right the first time and they even pressed the suit and shirt again after I was done trying it on. The changing room is small but manageable but the service and work were so good though, that it made up for it.

::WILL IT NEVER END?? i send my GF to yet again at the dry cleaners request, to bring the pants back...MIND YOU...I PAID ALREADY!!...they wanted to CHARGE ME AGAIN for MORE "WORK"....but i had already paid and they STILL HAVE NOT DONE THE WORK THE FIRST TIME!! OUTRAGEOUS!! they have YET to reimburse me for the $$$ that i spent on work pants when they LOST MY PANTS the first time!! NOW, they argue back and forth about the "WORK" they supposedly DID (or didnt do) until we had to threaten to take them to small claims court for this "WORK"... they also claim that i never said "Replace the pockets" which is the ONLY small job i asked them to do.... so far this is going on about 7x ive been back there....this sat will be #8 and i will check while im standing in front of them to make sure they have done the work. very childish this whole thing. what kind of scam is this? who do they think they are fooling? was i born yesterday? REALLY?? review #3 coming this sat......
