  Took 7 days to ship an item within NY. Contacted them. Despite reply, I was told the item was IN STOCK when I checked on the order status after 4 days.

  There are lots of places you can purchase parts for commercial washers and dryers but this is a place I would recommend laundromat owners. The service form the owners are really great. We had a few parts we needed and they helped with the prices and recommendations from OEM parts and after markets. We had a few problems with some parts and was able to get a warranty servicing from them, which they processed at no charge. The prices on their items are very reasonable and some of them are even cheaper than other places. They don't do repairs themselves, but if you need help or have some issues, you can call and they can probably direct you to a good repair service.
