  Lovely hotel. Pretty surroundings. Hospitality was great. Particularly my waitor Mr Hector on Sunday morning. If you get him he is a lovely man who was clearly so friendly and genuinely kind. I love this hotel and stay here everytime I'm in San Antonio

  Nice hotel, probably my new go to when I'm in San Antonio. Older place with the normal pros and cons associated with that, but it's got a great atmosphere, staff, and nice rooms. Easy walking distance to both the Riverwalk and the South San Antonio scene make this a great place to stay.

  Hotel has great staff. We joined for one night of Fiesta and it was busy, but the staff kept everything running smoothly. The pool is gorgeous although slightly chilly, but the hot tub was nice! Nice big fire pit in the courtyard was a great social area. Just a short walking distance to the river walk and other downtown amenities with great food and activities! Rooms were nice like you expect from Marriott. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

  We had a room overlooking the plaza and pool. It was great, no real complaints. They have a few peacocks outside that call and make you feel like you're in a jungle. The rooms are clean and nice, and you can walk to the alamo, a mall, and a bunch of random stuff you find as you walk. The only complaint I've heard is that it's a bit loud if you have a room facing the road.

  This is a beautiful property in a great location. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and well appointed. My room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The workout room is sufficient and had fresh apples. Thank you Marriott for such a nice start.
