  I am so completely disappointed with the Marcos on North Tarrant. I called the first time shortly before 10 a young man answered and asked me to hold , I did and 10 minutes and 40 second I hear a ring back to have someone pickup and then hangup. I called back and after the recorded message the young man answered again and once again asked me to hold. I said no, I just want to order a pizza and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. I was then advised when they get busy they stick people on hold.....seriously? Not going back

  best pizza ever almost as good as boston, the only thing I want you guys to work on is more variety with the wing flavors like hotter sauces and add Stromboli to the menu

  I originally rated this 3 stars due to our poor service with good pizza. Updating my review to 5 stars because I actually received a call from the manager apologizing about my experience and offering to make it right. It's not easy to find customer service like that anymore. That goes a long way with me, and it doesn't hurt that their pizza was tasty! Definitely recommend.

  I've never gotten a bad pizza from them. . . Exactly the opposite actually. Their sauce is perfect, not sugary like other pizza places. The pepperoni magnifico is our regular fave.

  Ordered at 8:03. It's 8:41 and I'm still here waiting. Was told 10 minutes. I keep coming back but it's very hit or miss with this place. Last visit they would not honor one of their own coupons that DID NOT have an expiration date on it. I wish the staff could get some training or adult supervision. I'm sure the owner would be thrilled to know what's going on.
