::This location needs to step it up! Several times it has taken and hour + to arrive.....always with the excuse that they understaffed. Time to hire some additional help!

::I've visited this location dozens of times since it opened and have always had OK service. My last visit was not good, however. There were multiple problems with my order and the staff was disrespectful and rude about correcting the mistakes. They basically made me stand in line and wait again for the mistakes to be addressed. ' One sandwich was missing ingredients and they refused to remake it correctly. I was instead given the ingredients wrapped in paper. The manager was very rude to me and no one ever apologized for the problems. Update: I made a complaint through the website and was contacted by corporate who basically told me that this location is a franchise that they that receives frequent complaints, but there is nothing they can do about it since it's a franchise. They forwarded my complaint to the franchise owner, who at this point has made no attempt to contact me to address the problems I encountered. Jimmy Johns did send me a gift card which I guess I will be using at a different location. I really like Jimmy Johns and have eaten there dozens of times, but I won't be returning to this location as long as the current problems exist.

::This Jimmy Johns is NOT “freaky fast”. Seems like every time I order here, I’m waiting at least 30-45 minutes. Tonight it took an HOUR to get food. I can get pizza in less time than that! When I called I was given some excuse about the driver not back yet. Maybe hire more drivers? (If you’re looking at the picture it took another 10 minutes to get it to my home)
