  Best place to a buy dress from. Desiree gave me the best customer service assisted me in every way to make sure my fiancé got the best looking dress. I will definitely come back. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and knew how to correctly measure my fiancé knowing that everyone has different body types. My fiancé was very happy with the fit of her new dress, thank you Desiree for making me look great buying her her new dress.

  I shop here all the time but will probably stick to online shopping now until they remove the Store Manager Desiree from the store. She was rude, unprofessional, and isn’t suited for such a position. My boyfriend had went shopping for me before Christmas and always buys me my correct size which is a LARGE.. He found a dress that was my fav color and it was only a size small left. One of the employees along with her suggested to him that a size small would fit a size large using phrases such as “I wear a large and fit smalls so it should be fine.” Now when I reclaimed this to Desiree she completely shut it down and said it was not true. I find it crazy that my man would buy me 5 others dresses from other stores in my size and then come up with an idea All on his own to get a size small. Someone suggested it and convinced him. Period. When i opened it on Xmas i looked at it and said it wouldn’t fit and he straight told me the associates told him it would...So obviously it didn’t fit and since it was a Christmas gift he took the entire tag off unknowingly. He also lost the receipt and I had inadvertently tried it on.. so unfortunately luck was not on my side according to the policy to return the dress. When I came in yesterday I was practically about to cry and her reaction made me go from sad to very upset. She didn’t even try to offer anything to fix the situation. I understand I can’t return the dress due to me wearing it and losing the Rec, however you could have offered a discount even a small one on my next purchase or anything for the inconvenience your sales associates did giving bad advice. She said that was never said that nobody there wears large but from what i saw nobody there wears a small either except maybe her. I caught her in a lie three times. I didn’t go in there being “aggressive” as she claims I was upset and my voice was at a tone but not high.. I still allowed her to help customers when they needed assistance and patiently waited.. she said many things that were out of line such as “this is my store so you can call corporate but I’m the manager so..” interrupted her : they’ll what Believe you? So it’s okay to act catty? I told her i didn’t like her customer service and she retorted with “actually I give great customer service i gave your boyfriend excellent service” well if that was the case I wouldn’t be writing a review now would I? She knows they were wrong the employee who suggested he will be fine with a size small was in the store and she sent them both out.. she continuously lied and called in a cop not even minutes after me being there which was offensive because i wasn’t cussing at HER nor threatening her. Difference between cussing @ someone and saying a curse word.She tried to say I was cussing at her yelling at her but if that so much the case the cop would have kicked me out because I was at the counter for a solid 20 minutes with him there. He eventually told me I had to leave because she asked me to after she became emotional when i reclaimed her on a lie she slipped up on.She didn’t care that they ruined my Xmas. A Chic fil a employee could have given better service. She said there was no coupons lol but I called corporate and they sent me one in my email ??? Again she was just a horror to deal with. Now I have a $200 dress I can’t wear nor return thanks to bad advice from Employees. They also did not read him The policy while he was paying. “Well it’s on the receipt” ok my boyfriend the typical guy who isn’t great at shopping for women so these are things that should be explained because he took the entire tag off to wrap my gift. This was all around a terrible experience and I didn’t even quote half the things Desiree said.She’ll act super nice with everyone but if you have any kind a issue or problem she does not show sympathy and treats you with a ugly attitude. I take it back I’ll still go shop there.hopefully she’s removed next time I go. If size smalls could fit large then why not make all the dresses say one size fits all. “This is my store” hmm ok.

  Deseree thinks she can give the customer bad attitude just because she’s the store manager !! Will never shop here again.
