  HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. DO NOT SHOP HERE! ITS BAD. TERRIBLE. ULTA IS BETTER. NOT ONE ,BUT ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE LOWZY AND RACES.. ALONG WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND NOT SOME TIMES. ALLLLLLL THE TIME. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR NOT WHITE, THEN THEY ARE GOING TO BE SO PASSIVE AGRESSIVE AND STUCK UP. YOU WONT FEEL WELCOME AND THEYLL GIVE YOU THE SHOULDER IF YOU DONT LOOK RICH AND WHITE. EVERYTIME I GO TO SEPHORA WE ARE NEVER WELCOME, ALWAYS LEFT HANGING AND RUDELY RUSHED OUT. AND THE FREE SAMPLES ARE NOT WORTH THE HASTLE THEY GIVE YOU FOR IT. THE FACES THEY MAKE, AND HOW SKIMPY THEY ARE. MAKES YOU JUST WANT TO WALK OUT LIKE I DID SATURDAY EVENING.. I TOOK MY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO ULTA. OH AND LAST LAST TIME I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A SAMPLE OF MAKEUP AND THIS RACES LADY PUT SUCH LITTLE FOUNDATION IN THE JAR THAT IT WAS DRIED OUT BY THE TIME I GOT HOME. MAN THAT PIST ME OFF. LIKE WHATS THE POINT IN EVEN GOING TO SEPHORA IF ULTAS HAS WAY MORE STAFF AND IS WAY NICER

  This is my favorite store I can easily spend $300 on cosmetics #katvond #nars Starwoman ... not sure if that’s good or bad .... the fragrance sampler is an amazing gift for men and women ... I love love love #sephora

  This was my go to location when I was living in San Antonio. All the employees were very helpful. I never had a problem when I went to this store and was always helped out upon entering

  This is my go-to location. I love all Sephora’s, but I always have a pleasant experience here, and the associates are so kind. Most retail stores now have lost genuine customer service skills, but that does not apply to this store. These associates are intelligent, genuine, helpful, and kind. That is why I always come back because I know I will have a great shopping experience, learn something new, and get the assistance I need. Keep up the great work!
