  Receptionists are not well trained in service and are quite crass in nature. They are selective in how they treat patients/customers. It makes for a bitter experience and negatively represents this eyecare location. Further, please be prepared to spend many hours waiting despite arriving at time of scheduled appointment. Bring a book. They have many come in at similar times and you're essentially in a line. This is not uncommon in similar establishments. Positive feedback is their equipment. I think it is up to date, unlike some other places- It shouldn't matter either ways! So long as they do the job, it's just impressive. Also the assistants in scrubs are nice.

  I had the basic eye exam which did not include cataract or glaucoma exam. Yet it took 3 hours from beginning to end. This doctor office did not respect my time. The front desk staff personnel was a bully. Bullied me, the patient. I would never go back again.
