  This car service was assigned to my father for transportation to & from his dialysis 3 times a week. It was assigned thru his insurance. His scheduled pick up time was for 4pm & return was whenever he is finished. Every single trip they were late half and hour to an hour & their return was an hour late. NEVER ON TIME. They clammed they’re always in traffic. I complained to the manager who goes by the name of Socrety Martinez, he was a complete joke, him & his partner Victor, he assured me that he would take care of the issue which he did not. I even explained to him briefly the condition of my fathers who has minimal vision which was a complete waste of my time because he didn’t even know the meaning of “peripheral vision “. His drivers is to drop my father across from the center, mind you it was a very busy blvd. I guess this is their meaning of compassion & caring. Leaving a half blinded patient to cross the road. My father would call them one about before he is finished & they still would come an hour later. Every day they would call me to find where are they suppose to take him. He made it clear to me that this is all about the money they get from Medicaid, in other words them being ponctual, reliable & caring was not part of their jobs. I cannot believe Medicaid would allow a regular car service to transport disable patient to their appointments such as chemo/dialysis. IF you care for your love one, do not allow this people to be their transportation, they are UNRELIABLE, & do not take their job seriously. They’re the worst I’ve seen.

  Being a high risk pregnancy I qualify for medical transportation, I've used the same company until last week when I fell in the snow because the cab driver was too lazy to get out of the car. I am very satisfied with gallant, their drivers are so nice and helpful , it's not easy being pregnant with a small child so them helping me with my daughter's stroller is a huge help. I wish I had switched earlier, thank you gallant you are my new fav company !!!!

  This is an awesome car Servise, I always feel very happy, satisfied and very trustworthy, I think that this is the best car service in New York City, do not hesitate to try because I'm sure you won't regret it. I just love Gallant car service! Love it, love it, love it! Gallant drivers are always on time, clean and new cars, nice and professional drivers, I just love this car service 😍💖
