  I ordered coffee late and there was a huge line however that let me get it anyway and they were all so nice about it I think they redid it 3 times but it was worth it and they were so friendly

  I've lived by this McDonalds for a long time and for a while we stopped going, but a few months ago we started going back. The service was good and the food was always hot and fresh. No mistakes on our orders either. The past 3 weeks have been horrible. They mess up our orders, then catch an attitude about it. The other day we went thru the drive thru, the girl couldn't hear us and kept messing up the order. It wasn't loud outside, it was loud inside. You can hear the workers talking and joking around. We finally just went inside. They STILL messed up the order AND got an ATTITUDE. I will go to the one on Mansfield before I EVER go back to this one. How does the owner not care??

  Hard to place an order when your employees don't work the window. Me and 3 other cars sat for over 10 minutes at the microphone and window and got no service whatsoever. This is an ongoing problem this location has around 3am. Happens more often then not it seems. Good thing Whataburger and Jack in the Box are open just next door.

  Coupon said "extra value meal of my choice" but the manager would not let me have a meal of my choice the #3 Double Quarter pounder she said to my face " oh no! (rude af too) the coupon says you cant do that" and after a little back and forth and not wanting to fight over a coupon i got a mf big mac. Dont take your coupons here they are food stingy, manager acts as if she will be personally paying for it.

  When I go to McDonald's they give EVERYTHING wrong! Once I ordered medium fries, and only the packaging was medium and they gave me the fries as if I ordered small fries, and if I order a big Mac, they give me a cheeseburger, get better staff who are more apologetic or that can at least do orders right, and if the manager can't do that, then I suggest just closing that McDonalds or give the position of manager to someone else who's actually worthy of owning that place, I'm never going there again!
