  First purchased two blouses happy with selection. Next purchase a pair of Clark women's loafers on sale great price. Next on to Estee Lauder for some foundation and makeup remover also had my face done,had a great time over an outstanding visit I'll be sure to share with my friends.

  Got my MK smart watch here and loved it. Friendly staff, love there make up dept. Ladies are always helpful. I buy alot of our clothes here but I make sure to check out all there sales. This is my main place for christmas shopping they have alot of sales during the holiday season. Great selection of purses & perfumes.

  They have a new area inside the store. Its called the backstage. Which is an outlet. Prices are great I never shopped at Macy's a lot before cause prices are usually high. But now I have a favorite spot.

  They have a limited selection of affordable clothing available. I actually had to try to spend money there since I got a gift card as a gift. Even looked for a dress for wedding season, everything was either 400 dollars, for prom, or super glittery/Matronly. I am a 30 something swf it should not be that hard at such a huge department store. Even their shoes were just overpriced for the style and quality. Not impressed. Id rather go to a boutique online get free shipping, 2 day, with more selection and lower prices. cmon macys. I eventually found a Capri pants and top for work.

  Customer service is absolutely horrible - lesson was just go to Dillard's. I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and asked someone in the shoe dept but they said they didn't help people with that and pointed to another register telling me to go ask them. So I wait in line and finally ask the woman if I could get a size to try on. She brings me the box and then leaves, the second I open the box I realize it's the wrong pair of shoes. I go back to the register to say something and ask if I could get the right pair, the girl goes the other way after seeing me and right up the escalator! I wait in line again at the register where there's someone else helping people but they were so slow that I gave up waiting after about 10 minutes, the shoes were not worth it. Went to look at comforters after that as well and could not for the life of me find someone to help, they all keep saying they don't help with that... Do you not work there?? Idk what their deal is but I ended up going to Dillard's next door and they were so incredibly helpful there, ditch Macy's and go to Dillard's!
