::Bought comforter set, got home and it was totally discolored and dirty. Went to exchange, didnt have anymore. So picked different one and took to register. Associate ended up returning back to card instead of exchanging, so I ended up having two charges on my card and waiting for my credit.

::Laterally running to the door st 8:59. Mark the manager was in the process of getting ready to lock the door, instead he opened the door for me and completed my online return which was close to just shy of 12 months. In addition to this his system waa not bringing up my order. But he improvised, got my squared away. I have NEVER had any retail store front offer this type of service... What a GEM...thank you Mark!
