  How to get experience first time ever shopping at Macy's since I was a kid the only thing was that items that were on sale was not on the item when I purchased the cashier pointed out that you got them for $24 instead of $32. If I would have known they were on sale I would have bought more.

  I am visiting from out of state. I love Macy’s but this is a pretty sad store. Not well kept. I consider it small for a Macy’s. Not a lot of inventory for ladies/women. The carpeting was filthy looking and stained. It just looks old and worn out. Needs some TLC.

  I like this Macy's for the most part. I didn't give them 5 stars because they are commission based and I have seen some rivalry between the cashiers. I have a few regular people that I select when I check out because they are professional. The tall Hispanic woman with glasses in the jewelry department is my favorite. I look for her everytime I am in that section because she goes above and beyond to help me.

  I was looking at ladies bags. I needed something professional. The sales lady was very helpful. She explained how to save money by opening a Macy's card and helped me find a matching wallet. She seemed excited for me and was very friendly. Because of her Santa came early for me. Awesome experience!
