  I have never in my life had a more unpleasant experience shopping than I did today at JCPenneys one Christmas 30 years ago I worked at JCPenney's and today because somebody had given me a gift certificate I went there to buy some bedding there wasn't a cashier open in the entire place I had to carry my purchases all around the store it took me 35 minutes to find the cashier and then the bedding which was on sale the price didn't come up in the computer and the lady very patronizing said sweetie sweetie I'll be right back and that took another 20 minutes JCPenney's used mean quality at a reasonable price it was nothing reasonable about their prices and their customer service was poor poor for that must be why there were no customers in the store except myself in my companion as somebody who has gone to JCPenney's and works there I was very disappointed in the high costs and the low level of customer service I will never darken their door again by JCPenney's

  The sales clerks are very helpful and were patient with my grand daughter's searching for the right shoes. We had visited both JCPENNY's at Tucson Mall & Elcon Mall. The stores were very neat and organized. We like our JCPenny's, thank you....

  I love shopping at JCP El Con, large enough to have variety of items, high quality sale/clearance clothing, frequent specials, clothes for all ages. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. Recommend highly.

  The clerks were very courteous and helpful. The selection and prices of the men's clothes was great. The store was a dump and dirty and was in bad need of being remodeled. It has been several months since I have been there, so maybe it has been done. I was ashamed that JCPenny's would let a store get this bad. The store was packed full of people.
