  The Last Act for women always has good merchandise if you spend some time looking for it. I always find what Im looking for at a great price.

  This is the best Macy shopping experience I ever had. Thank you Marie on 3rd floor clothes section. As a new Macy Reward card holder, I don’t have a physical card so it makes much harder for me to go through all the payment process (I got a horrible shopping experience back to Massachusetts Macy because staff didn’t know how to process the debit payment for new cardholders like me. Staff were impatient and I had to ask them to call manager to solve my problems) but my experience today surprised me a lot. Staff are well trained and polite. Marie helped me checked out patiently and showed me what kind of benefits I can enjoy. At the end of the 20-minutes payment process, Marie said helping customers make a satisfied purchase is why we are here. Macy Unison Square, thank you for bringing up such a great sale associate!

  Good place to find known brands. Store is overstocked and short on staff. Overpowering perfume fumes on first floor. Good place for sales. Excellent department for women's formal Wear.

  The worst shopping experience in my life. They didn't have the sizes for most of the shoes I was interested in. When someone was trying to check the available sizes for me the terminals they used always had connectivity issues so I had to wait a long time. While buying they suggested signing up for the Macy's card. I asked if it's a credit card, because I don't want to sign up for a new credit card. The shopping assistant told me it's not but it was a credit card and she signed me up for it. All shopping assistants were fighting for credit from me and if I started talking to one and was helped by another they were very anxious to get all the credit themselves. I just didn't care or had time for that, just wanted to buy what I wanted to buy. Overall experience was terrible, it took 3 times longer than I wanted and I won't ever come back.

  This is absolutely, hands-down the finest Macy's that you will visit in your life. There are ~8 levels, primarily for the women shoppers - fear not though my male friends - for there is a 'cheese and wine bar' for you to enjoy while you wait... Chris and Michael (at the wine bar) took excellent care of me and my family while we enjoyed a high-class experience at this Macy's - the girls went shopping, and I enjoyed fine cheeses and wine. I was so impressed with their excellent service that my family and I will be coming back time and time again from this day forward - truly Macy's staff are the best of the best! Thoughourly impressed, 10/10!
