Pretty huge spot. It's a bit disorienting because they've got multiple floors and the organization of things can be a bit....puzzling. I mean, bras next to the kitchenware? Not completely logical. BUT they do have multiple maps by the escalators (nowhere else unfortunately) which helps to navigate around this space. My advice is to buy the stuff online and send it to this store. Save yourself some money on shipping. Pickups are buy Nautica on the first floor. Don't hurt yourself looking for it on other floors. No matter what you buy, it'll be on the first floor for pickup.

A very good location for a decent store. The staff are hit and miss. Plenty of staff around, but some avoid you and others are very helpful, so it is the luck of the draw. Quite an unusual layout for the store and I worry for anyone who has to visit in a wheelchair or walker. The floors are uneven and there are stairs (though short flights). The problem is that the elevators are after a set of stairs and I haven't seen any elevators anywhere. Beyond that, it's a typical Macy's... Some good deals to be had on *some* sale items but rather overpriced for anything not on sale or clearance. I don't mind paying a bit more for something that I can get local, but not at these (non sale) prices!

It's not all about having 20% sales all the time... This specific Macy's has very biased employees and customer service/experience is severely lacking. Quality control and proper staff training is needed here.

Mediocre service. Too much bias and customer experience is really lacking. Price and 20% off isn't the only thing that will drive business. A friendly and courteous staff will and round out the overall experience.

I was there to play the role of Prince Charming and give out free shoes to lucky ladies. In my time there I also got to look around and interact with the staff. Store is very clean and organized well. The staff was extremely kind and helpful to myself and all the customers who were there. That's what I call #CustomerService.
