  I get my hair done either every Saturday or every other Saturday. Tonyce is the stylist I go to. She KNOWS my hair, what's good for it, what my hair needs etc. I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair. Also, the plus size clothes are right up my alley...awesome.

  Last week I was shopping at the jewelry section for gift and i found 4 pairs of earnings 2 gifts and 2 for me i ask the cashier to make separate recipients. So i paid the first which end up been $24.32 i gave $30 i got change back and the second one was $28.28 so i get the cashier $40.28 because i only had $20 bills on my wallet. The cashier wasn't paying attention to was doing to busy talking to other cashier next to her . she gave the receipt on the top and the money and the bottom and step two step back to look at the change she gave me and i notice she had put $30.28 i went back to register and to let her know and she was gone but the other lady was there who she was talking too. So told her that the other lady gave me $10 less. She called someone too check the cameras but said that they weren't able to see how much i gave her. And that was about 30mins wait . So they call the manager and ask the cashier if she remember how I pay her she said no. Then manager said that they cannot count the money until the end of the day .if money was over they will call me to give my money . I left my information and i never got a call back or my money back . I waited with no problem with no drama because I'm a cashier and i know how annoying costumers can be. Lesson learned always make sure they give you the right change or you will not see your money.

  The online order pick up service is horrible... they pick up your stuff only while you’re waiting in the store, creating a long wait. I thought the whole point of “order online, pick up in store” is to cut the wait?

  I was looking for a thermal type jacket to wear since it has been getting cooler outside. I saw that Columbia jackets were having a sale so I went looked and picked out one of the jackets. However I saw the size I choose did not match he price it said would be discounted. I wanted to make sure that this would be included in the promotion, however since they took out all of their price checks I had no choice but to resort to asking an associate. As I asked the associate if she worked there, since she was not wearing a name tag but folding clothes, she rollers her eyes as she said yes. I then continued to ask if there was a way I could get a price check on my jacket to see if it really was on sale. She told me to go online to figure it out, mind you I was not done shopping and the line was practically all around the woman's clothing area. I asked if it was necessary to have to wait on such a long line for a quick check of the price and the associate continues to give me attitude and made no attempt to help me out. It was then I decided to forgo the jacket, if it wasn't on sale there would have been no point in me wasting my time on a 20min line..hence me trying to get a price check. I had already tried to find another line earlier however that was the only line available on the floor. I was so disappointed with the customer service, this is the second time I had come to this store and received bad customer service. JCPenny really needs to bring back the price check scanner, so stupid to take it away and make people stand on the lines to find the price.
