  What a terrible business and I almost believe it’s a scam. One of my family members purchased items from this company. The arrangement was for automatic debits to be made from the family members pay checks. This happened until the debt was down to about $1,000 then it stopped. When the family member tried to inquire as to why the automatic debits stopped and make other arrangements the phone number was disconnected. Then after speaking to them and attempting to resolve the company elected to file this with an attorney for collection instead of taking the new arrangements that were made. The debt with the shady collection agent J Scott Watson the ballooned back to almost the original amount. This all seems like a very well orchestrated scam and from the BBB complaints against the collection agent and the retailer I almost believe it is. I believe it is time to file a complaint over business practices with the PA Attorney Generals office along with the New York Attorney Generals office. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE ITEMS from this scam company who appears to be operating a scam targeting elderly citizens. #jscottwatsonpc #luthersales

  This company is run by four old men who are greedy, racist, sexist and incompetent when running a business. I worked there for 7 months (could not leave fast enough), so I know firsthand. They call their customers “bottom feeders” and prey on the vulnerable “low income, bad credit, non-educated, back of the house” workers. I was disgusted after learning how much they look down at their customers and how little they value women. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The bundles they sell are way overpriced, more overpriced than they should be for buying something on credit (even with poor credit). The only reason they do bundles is to fool people into thinking they’re getting a deal. Beware of this company. I would shop with Purchasing Power or Rent a Center, if possible. And if you’re offered a job here, do not take it.

  Norman left LutherSales and for some strange reason the person taking over for him has really poor customer service. I asked Deb Wylen to take me off the mailing list last week because I was ignored for over a year. I could not even get a call back from Deb Wylen. Now I am receiving emails from others at LutherSales. Please stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This can and will get very ugly. LEAVE ME ALONE, YOU WERE NOT INTERESTED DEB AND NOW I AM NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  If I could give them a negative star I would, I placed an order back in December waited like 6 weeks before they even shipped it out, I finally got annoyed and canceled and I’m still waiting for my refund they told me it takes 15 days for it......
