Great common facility. One of the best anywhere.

Living here is mostly great. The amenities are pretty fantastic, and the staff that works here is so amazing and friendly!! Having a pretty well stocked (but way overpriced) grocery store on the ground floor is almost too convenient. The HOA, however, can be pretty ridiculous. And the cost of living here is way beyond reasonable. If you have too much money and want to trade some for lavish comfort, all in all, it’s a pretty nice place. Note, I am only a temporary tenant, caring for the apartment of a family member.

I am not a resident here; however, I am family of a current resident and have stayed onsite on at least three different occasions. The amenities are absolutely stellar; beautiful gym, world class poll, theatre room, rec room, sauna/steam room - literally the works. The interior architecture is pure class. Both Paul Allan and Patrick Bateman would live here if they decided to leave NYC. Now the negative - 1, no towel service. 2 - no heated floors in the bathroom. 3 - (and I am really splitting hairs here) no basketball court. All in all; this place is great. If you are considering moving here - I would say DO IT! The staff is amazing. Also, you can rent Audi's from an app and pick them up in the garage. What! Hello Lumina.

Stellar amenities, fantastic design, and great overall living space. There is tons of open space and room as well. Additionally, the large windows in each residence allow for ample natural light and fantastic views of the city/water. Having valet parking, a gym, a pool, a spa, and a living roof with fireplaces is also a huge plus!
