  I don't understand how anyone could have a bad customer experience here. This is the ONLY store i've ever been to where the staff ACTUALLY costumer services and goes above and beyond. Their reputation is strong in the georgetown area. It's a yes for me.

  Had a bad customer experience here. My denim return with receipt within less than a week of purchase was refused, and when I asked if I could simply exchange for a smaller size instead, I was told I could buy the smaller pair but they wouldn't take the exchange. The vast majority of other denim retailers have much fairer return policies.
