  Love love love this store. They price match, they give 10% on everything in the store. Even the people are so nice. You got to go check this store out

  I think it’s important to note they were slow at the time of this incident. I went to the paint desk for service but nobody was there. I waited for a minute or two but nobody came by. I went to a cashier and asked for her to ask for assistance at the paint desk and waited another 10 mins. Two other people called asking for assistance at the paint desk and I waited for a total of 20 minutes and nobody came and it looked like nobody was coming. Frustrated, I put my items back and left so I could drive down the street to Home Depot where there was someone at the paint desk and was able to quickly assist with my request. I drive out of my way to go to this Lowe’s because I’ve always preferred Lowe’s over Home Depot. However, this is the 3rd time where this sort of thing has happened at this store.

  Asked for help as to where an item was located, employee pointed over there. Glad I was able to figure out the rest of my questions myself. Cashier was very rude when checked out. Should know better to shop here!

  As is par for the course, DO NOT USE LOWES FOR INSTALLATION SERVICES. They are the absolute worst customer service you’ll ever experience, if you ever get a response from them at all. This is now the second time I’ve used them for install services. And 100% the last time ever. I paid $35.00 to have an estimate for a replacement of an identical sized electric water heater for the same thing. From the start of the process, Lowe’s was absolutely horrible just like they were when they installed windows at my house. I will never, ever use them for any install services ever again. I had to call them to follow up from each part of the process. Not once did Lowe’s ever call me once. They had no clue about the type of water heater I needed despite me paying $35.00 for that very reason, and had to actually tell them what kind of heater I needed. No one had a clue what the other department was doing. I was then quoted with over $1500 install and water heater price. The water heater is 450.00. There is nothing that has to be done other than swap it out for the new water heater. That is absolutely insane. Called a local reputable plumber, which I admit I’m insane for not doing before, and they priced it out within 3 minutes over the phone for substantially less than Lowe’s. I will never ever ever ever use their install services again. They are incompetent morons.

  First time shopping at this Lowe's was in there for about 15 minutes. Ready to buy cabinets for kitchen remodel. During that brief time witnessed lousy customer service, poor organization, as well as dangerous actions by workers. Also workers standing in a corner near the cabinets just talking. Wouldnt allow me to walk around them. Had to walk over two fork lifts just to get out of the corner. I will not return to this location. Wouldn't advise anyone else to either.
