Very knowledgeable people with lots of hard to find Moen parts that the big box stores never had (and I checked).

For hard to find plumbing necessities, this business is a rare find. Store management is very courtesy and knowledgeable. Thank-you for your service!

Great Service! We didn't even know the name of the part we needed. We emailed it to them and they knew the name and were very helpful.

I am not a plumber by trade. Every time I have had the need for a not so common piece of plumbing, they have come through. Take what I need and they practically match perfect. Thanks Darsco!

My plumber recommended Darsco to me. I brought in the part I needed replaced, the owner happened to help me. He brought me out the two parts I needed (two of the same thing for 2 different showers) I don't know if he didn't look close enough or I didn't explain well enough, but bottom line, the parts didn't fit. I brought them back to exchange less than an hour after purchase. They couldn't be bothered to try to exchange them so I just returned them. The original purchase was $82, they charged me a $12 restock fee for the pleasure of returning the item that was never used at all. I politely asked the guy (not the owner this time) if he would waive the restock fee considering the circumstances, being that the parts weren't used, only one was even taken out of the box and I purchased them less than an hour ago. Nope. Thats all the answer I got. Also, I must have been lucky to deal with the owner the first time (he was great), when I went into return, I couldn't get any help (except some advice from a plumber buying parts) Bottom line is this is basically a place for tradesmen I guess. If you are a regular homeowner, they are not interested in your business.
