  Lowe's is nearby where I live. The folks are very helpful. The prices are good, too.

  Slow as a snail in appliances no thanks to andrea. Leave to help other costumers in the middle of helping you. Long wait time.

  My worst shopping day, I purchased a barbeque grill, a employee helped me to put on my SUV, they didn't secure the cover and it flip over when we try to load, the cover jammed my arm, it caused my arm bleeding. The employee then asked additional guy to help on loading, this time, they do a very poor job on loading too. They deep scratched my brand new car because they did not lift the grill high enough, they pushed it in instead of lifting up. The heavy and sharp grill edge scratched the car. How sad.

  I originally purchased a 4 ft level with the Kobalt brand. The only reason I purchase this level was because it claimed to have a lifetime warranty. One of the bubbles was out of level from the first day, but I did not Discover it until I reach my job site. When I finally took a level back to get an equal replacement, they offered me a level that was 2/3 less expensive. I have a my Lowe's rewards card, but it didn't no use in helping me. It's sad that such a petty thing will now destroy the relationship I've had with this store for over a decade. Such as the corporate world I guess

  Although I went to Lowe's to pick up an order for my customer, they informed me it wouldn't be in until the following Monday. I picked up several other items I needed. Lowe's is always more organized and better merchandized than Home Depot. I wish there were a Lowe's closer to most of my construction customers.
