  I am giving the Love's a 5 star. The shower was really clean and so was the restrooms. The employees were pleasant and helpful.... BTW THEY HAVE A HUGE PARKING, probably one of the biggest we've been in. The problem lies within Wendy's....the "MANAGER" was horrible! He has no personality, he was rude and lacking customer service skills! I was super hungry and had to eat. The service was not good at all...but they have the drink machine my hubby and I love soooo much! The restaurant was clean and our order was right. The food was cold tho! Will not go back to the Wendy's but I love the Love's!!!!

  The staff was really attentive and friendly. Cameron, was very nice and rung us up quickly. Very clean in the retail area and restrooms. They do offer laundry which is a plus. There was plenty of parking for truckers at least when we were there. The view of the skyline was a plus. I do recommend that they put hoses out for rinsing the windows off at the fuel bays and remodel the showers. Our shower #2 had a couple of tiles loose that the water made pop out. It had mildew in the grout/caulking. The shower was clean and nice. I think it just time to remodel for the showers. Overall a nice stop and wouldn't mind going back when in Houston.

  Without any direct vendors in the area currently, we were able to coordinate with Love's for a Steer tire Service call. Customer was new to the industry and had no clue on how to setup or manage his Breakdown. Love's saved the day. Customer was up and running within 2 hours with new found experience for using the Breakdown Directory.

  This Loves way better than Pilot, I woke up this morning and still have my tarps and the security guard actually works.

  It's a wonderful place to experience meeting real truck drivers and hearing spine tingling tails from across this great country. There is a lingering problem with pump #5, it pumps super slow. The collection of numbers of people to call while you're taking a stroll through the restroom art collection is limited, but so far the very best in quality of people. Will change to to 5 star once pump 5 turns its performance around.
