I use this location as a pharmacy. Prescription are filled fast, before I made it home from the doctor office , CVS is calling me to tell me itโ€™s ready !!!! The building does need renovations. It doesnโ€™t have a drive through, but I dont mind walking in itโ€™s super fast. The pharmacist lacks customer service. Never have to show my ID. Just pick up, sign and go! It beats Walgreens on Fulton with getting a prescription filled. Walgreens seems to always pre authorize my prescription.

The building is horrible, the owner should spend some money to give a new fresh look,we are almost in 2018, the city should fine all this owners who dont care the apparency of their business, they only want bank accounts growing and growing.

CVS on Irvington Boulevard in Houston Texas has a horrible manager. He is a evil and mean person and has horrible customer service. It took over a month to get my medication and now he refuses to give it to me. I had an infant in my arm and was looking for a photo ID and explaining how Cvs has been preventing me from getting my prescription and then all the sudden he said he's not going to give it to me. This is the second time I have been to this Cvs and I will never go back again. If you want your medication quickly ,go someplace else!

I like it tbh. Cashiers scan the coupons and if it doesnt scan they explain why and they are helpful and nice... Its better than the one on Tidwell.

I only stop here for the atm or snacks while I'm visiting family. I asked to use the restroom once there was no problem. Recently I had to go while shopping and the pharmacy clerk refused then the night time manager seemed to care less.Never going here again. The so called manager should have been more professional towards my situation, seeing as every establishment should have public restrooms. Dude as can be take your business else where;).
