  I rarely write reviews but I'm so disappointed with my experience here that I felt I had to. I came in for a simple battery replacement for my watch. I had a pleasant conversation with the woman who worked there (presumably Loretta) while the man quickly replaced my battery in the back of the store. Everything worked well and I left the store satisfied. Fast forward several months and my watch suddenly started running very fast. I figured that it couldn't be the battery since I had it replaced only months before. Thinking that some part of the watch mechanism had broken, I brought it into a watch repair store. The owner opened it up right in front of me, looked at it for just a few seconds and asked me who had replaced the battery for me. It turns out that the man at Loretta's had used the wrong size battery. It didn't fit into the slot correctly. It was too thin and was able to move about freely within the slot. It's amazing that it worked for the few months that it did. He then put in the correct sized battery and it fit like a glove and my watch now works perfectly again. I can't speak for Loretta's work with jewelry but I would stay clear of this store for anything having to do with watches. I would have no confidence that they could repair a watch given that they couldn't even do a simple battery replacement correctly.

  Had a wedding ring that had been cut off my finger and bent of of shape. They repaired it good as new and charged a very reasonable price. I had found a review on here that someone had placed they were right great place.

  Two thumbs up for jewelry repair. I called several jewelry repair shops for a wedding ring that was cut off a swollen finger. Most feedback was an average of 1 to 2 week turnaround time and 50 to 200 dollars. Ahwatukee jewelers fixed the ring in 2 hours and beat all other prices. Thank you!
