  Wouldn't suggest this location at all. Was told false information by not only one, but two "senior" employees. Manager called and stated he "he wouldn't do what his employees said and lose his career for someone he even DID know." Absolutely uncalled for as we understand policies, and no one asked him to lose his career. The extra comments in between killed this store and their customer service for us. Will take our business elsewhere.

  I went to over 6 different jewelers before I went to Jared. Those other jewelers only showed me what they wanted me to wear and didn't listen to what I wanted. I was very blunt about what I wanted and what I didn't want and I was starting to feel let down in regards to my ring search but then I meant Mr. Kutty (Shashidar Kutty). I told him my frustrations with other jewelers and what I was looking for. He really listened and only showed me one ring and it was perfect, we bought it that very moment. It wasn't even considered a bridal ring, which is what everyone else only showed me. The fact that he went outside of the box and valued me as a customer/fellow human being has made me a returning customer. Thank you Jared for hiring Mr. Kutty! Side Note: The rest of the team has been very kind to me and helpful as well. I don't want to forget them. :o)

  I wouldn't suggest this place. Only staff member that knows what they are doing was Austin. I had to return 3 separate times to purchase my first ring just to find out Jared never updated their inventory after an hour on the phone with corporate. My payments were much higher than what they told me they would be and I did not get any paperwork for them. My ring came in 1-2 days later than they said it would each time. When I returned to this location to pick up my resized ring and make my first payment there were 2 employees per person in the store and they wouldn't even acknowledge me, sat there for half an hour before I finally had to leave. Still haven't been able to pick up my ring or make a payment.
