  Excellent work; professional and delivered the pieces when promised. When I had some question about one piece that were immediately responsive and addressed my concerns without hesitation on their part. The delivery men were also lovely and helpful. Good people!

  Superb service! They matched a very difficult pattern perfectly! The sofa was out of my apartment for only 10 days. Frank Senior is a charming Old world gentleman. His son Frank Junior is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Even the people that took the sofa out and redelivered it did so with great care. I Because I am so fussy I went to their studio twice! Everything was clean and neat and orderly. If it were possible I would give them even more stars!

  I would give them no stars if I could . I had used them in the past ,so two year ago I had them make me some stuff. Two years later and I don't know how many phone calls later .I still have no bed spread that I paid for. I never pay for anything before I get but Frank senior said please it was a weekend and I knew I could trust him .BIG MISTAKE I have spoke to him to Frank junior his son and endless number of girls who answer the phone. So I would be very hesitant ,and they did a crumby job on one of my chairs replaced the down cushion with cheap foam . BE WARNED !!!!!! It has been two years, they seem nice but if someone takes your money ;and you never get what you paid for =thieves

  We LOVED the work they did for us. They came to our apartment, gave advice (we were going to have two jobs done but they advised against one, which was an excellent suggestion even though economically less advantageous for them), got the fabric requested, returned later to pick up the cushions to be reupholstered and the next day (as promised) the finished cushions were delivered. They even gave a specific time frame for delivery which was most appreciated. Wonderful work, lovely people, great service. So rare to find!!
