  I bought the bed from Bobs 3 years ago. Still looking good. The store is quite large and the prices are not that high. Their service is quite good. The only downside is their insurance. Goof protection is a scam and they would find a million reasons not to work it out. DO NOT invest in goof protection even though they say a million things at the store to make it sound like a sweet deal. But I absolutely recommend the furniture at their store.

  Best Salesman I've ever encountered. I felt so comfortable after Ramon Negron helped us and explained everything thoroughly without being pushy. I came in looking to buy a bed and walked out buying everything I needed for my home. I wish every salesman was this knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Please go see Ramon and you will immediately experience what I'm talking about. I cant even explain how comfortable I felt doing business with him. You will be happy!

  I was in Bob’s on 5/6/2018 I came in to look for bedroom furniture. When I arrived I was greeted by Michael who had a smile on his face. I told him I was interested in purchasing a bed and he showed me to the bedroom area of the store. He told me to look around and that he would be back shortly. He checked in on me from the beginning to the end. His professionalism was the best I had ever encountered. I choose all my furnishings with his assistance. He was very warm, kind, attentive and patient with me, and I will never forget his customer service. I am writing to let you know that if all of your employees had a piece of Michael, you would be the Best Bob’s Furniture store ever!!

  If you're here at. Bob"s116 Street. See Miss Kim Baker. Incredibly helpful, she is lovely caring and knowledgable about the merchandise, particularly mattresses.. After being ignored by two salesmen she saved us as we were running for the door. She appears to really enjoy her work and customers. She gave me exactly what I wanted..I was specific and got..no pressure to buy extra. How wonderful it would be if there were more like her in her profession.

  We had a great experience at this location today. We worked with Anthony and he was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He was very informative and helped us pull the trigger on some mattresses for our family. We had a lot of different options from different stores but Anthony took the time out to show us what he had and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly and respectful. I would DEFINITELY recommend this store and Anthony to anyone looking to make a furniture purchase.
