A friend took me over to longhorn because she felt like they had pretty nice cars and they were reasonable prices. She also said that the owners were this older couple that would work with you to help you get in one of their cars. The husband was always drunk, the office was always a mess with files and dog poop all over the floor but I did find something I liked for $1300 down I only had 1k with me so they agreed to let me pay that then and bring the rest back in 2 weeks and another 2 wks for the tax/titles fee. Well doing business started off pretty good, until 3:00pm 1 day I stop over to check on the plates, I parked right outside the office door which was opened, and walked around the front of the building only 50ft away from my car just to run in to see if they had the plates because I could never reach them by phone and within 1 minute tops someone had broke my window snatched my purse and cell. No one had seen a thing and the owners said that they had no carmeras on the lot. I called the cops made a report and the cop was so nice to warn me that I needed to be careful while dealing with the people at longhorn because they were some really shysty people and that he had been called out there so many time when they have picked up customers cars for being late with a payment. It has been 10 months later and I can say that he was not lying. Anyone thinking of buying from this place please think twice they offered me no warranty so when the car broke I had to fix it and got late with a payment and sure enough they picked it up, wasn't even a whole month late. They decided they were not going to work anything out with me and kept the car.

Today we purchased our fourth vehicle from Longhorn, none of them ever gave us any problems. We had history and not a lot of money. We were short on time, when we stopped by looking for a bargain. I was told by the Owner "Pick the car you really want" not just what someone else thinks you can afford! He told our saleman, "to treat us right, we were good customers" He even allowed us a loaner vehicle to use while the paperwork was pending, the whole transaction was completed in a few hours.Today we felt the covering of kindness and we appreciate the extra efforts and attention shown to us today. V.M. - Houston, TX.
